Logan's Birthday!

I think Kinsley would stay outside all day if we would let her. I'm sure every toddle is like that, right? We joined our friends on Saturday to help Logan celebrate his second birthday. That girl wasted no time climbing up the steps to get to the slide. Which by the way she did all by herself. I mean she's done it before but the slide in the picture below was kind of a big drop for her.

Logan wasn't too sure about going down the big slide by himself.

He tried...

...but Kinsley couldn't wait any longer.

Daddy helped him out in the end. Can you say photobomb?!

Kinsley and Logan's friend Konner. We met him and his mommy at the Heartlink program here in Germany. The program is a way for spouses to meet new people, learn what's available for them at their base and information about the air force. It's a completely different ball game when you're at an overseas location. But I am thankful for the program because I wouldn't know as much as I do without it.
Then again, our friend Ashley and her family got here before we did and she kept me up-to-date on many things.

Logan placed his dinosaur back into the cake because it didn't have enough frosting the first time around.

Little boys love cars. We learned that from our nephew Carter, he has ever car you could imagine.

Kinsley loved the birthday party and I'm sure she will have just as much fun at Konner's party this weekend. All these birthday parties are putting me in the planning mood already. Feel free to leave suggestions for next years party. I love hearing from friends and family.
